The Charles Schulz Philosophy

Charles Schulz
The following philosophy is openly attributed tCharles Schulz, the creator of the Peanuts comic strip (No sufficient evidence has yet to prove it though). Please note that I have modified some of the questions.

You don't have to actually answer the  questions. Just read the article straight through, and you'll get the point -- an awesome point, that is!

Are you ready?
  1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
  2. Name five Olympic Gold medalists in the Philippines.
  3. Name the last five winners of the Bb. Pilipinas.
  4. Name ten people who have received the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) award.
  5. Name the last half dozen Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) winners for best actor/actress.
How did you do?

The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. Yet the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.

Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:
  1. Name five teachers who guided your journey through school.
  2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
  3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
  4. Name three people who influenced you.
  5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.
Was it easier?

Now here's the lesson:

The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are simply the ones that care!

Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

  2. Hey PisoandBeyond community! I've been following the insightful discussion on Charles Schulz's philosophy, and it got me thinking about the importance of visual elements in conveying ideas. For those who share my interest, I discovered a fantastic tool that's been a game-changer for me: the Upscaler from Depositphotos. This tool intelligently enhances image quality, perfect for bringing out the nuances in visual content. I've found it incredibly useful for projects related to Schulz's work and beyond. I'm curious to know if anyone else has tried it or has similar tools to recommend. Let's keep the creative conversation flowing!
